Today was a hot one and I was volunteering at the Mission, which is an organization our church runs that is just like a Salvation Army or Thrift Store. I knew I wanted to be comfy but also look nice because I film videos for the church as well.
I went with an active dress with built in shorts I got from Target. I’ve been loving their workout pieces so if you’re looking for some cute active wear, check them out! I love the little slit this dress has with still having full coverage everywhere!

The sandals are a Steve Madden dupe I found at Meijer, which is a store similar to Walmart. Love the gold detail they have, makes them look expensive but you all know I got a good deal on them in the Clearance section lol

I decided to wear a charm necklace that I picked up from Marshall’s, they have some really cute jewelry! I’ve never realized that until recently.
Next, I wanted something light to throw over my dress in case the air conditioning was on colder than I like in the office. I chose a denim button up I thrifted from Goodwill (it’s dangerous that I pass one on my way home from work lol).
I instantly loved this denim button up because it had wolves on it! My dog, Huntlie, looks kinda like a wolf and I call her my “little wolf” sometimes so it made me think of her. Plus, it’s definitely unique! I adore wearing unique pieces no one else really has and adding it to a modern outfit to give it more life!

Lastly, I decided to go with a bright red ballcap I found at Target for that pop of color the outfit needed. I’m not really a Yankees fan, but I do love a sporty look.
